What you will do

• Oversee liquidity positioning, funding needs, cash flows, liquidity buffers, and contingency planning across entities.
• Develop and manage investment mix and portfolios by evaluating yield, liquidity, risk, tenor, and performance.
• Oversee financial market activities related to retirement and pension programs, including asset allocation and investment performance.
• Provide market updates and insights on interest rates, foreign exchange, fixed income, equities, and macroeconomic developments.
• Oversee FX transactions, exposures, hedging recommendations, execution, documentation, and reporting.
• Manage banking relationships, negotiate rates and facilities, and lead the Financial Markets & Insights team across entities.

Requirements

• Experience managing liquidity, investments, financial markets, FX, funding, and banking relationships.
• Ability to translate market movements into recommendations for liquidity, investments, funding, and financial risk management.
• Experience partnering with Finance, Treasury, Risk, business units, banks, and financial institutions.
• Ability to lead teams, manage senior stakeholders, and provide data-driven recommendations.
