Invoice to Cash Manager (PG30) – Credit Management & Reporting

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; onsite work required with flexibility for a temporary hybrid setup where applicable. Willingness to work mid-shift or night-shift schedules aligned with global assignments is required.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end Credit Management and Invoice-to-Cash Reporting & Analytics operations against service levels, performance targets, and governance requirements.
• Manage customer credit risk, portfolio exposure, credit limits, order release processes, and complex credit escalations.
• Own reporting strategy, KPIs, dashboards, forecasting, period-end reporting, trend analysis, and executive performance reviews.
• Provide actionable financial, operational, and risk insights across Cash Application, Collections, Disputes, and Credit Management.
• Partner with Commercial, Finance, Customer Service, Supply Chain, Treasury, Controllership, and Technology teams.
• Lead continuous improvement through standardization, automation, digitization, analytics, and adoption of new tools.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
• 8–10 years of progressive experience in Finance, Invoice-to-Cash, or Credit Management.
• 4–7 years of people management experience, including leadership of senior individual contributors or team leads.
• Experience managing multiple teams or cluster-level operations with accountability for cash and risk outcomes.
• Strong capabilities in credit risk management, financial analysis, reporting, analytics, stakeholder management, and internal controls.
• Excellent English communication skills and willingness to work onsite and on shifts aligned with global assignments are required.

Nice to have

• CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant professional certification.
• Experience in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.
• Foreign language capability other than English.
