Invoice to Cash Manager (PG30) – Collections (Finance/MedTech): Leading end-to-end collections operations across multiple teams and complex customer portfolios, with an accent on cash flow optimization, financial risk mitigation, forecasting, and governance. Focus on managing DSO and accounts receivable performance, resolving escalated customer issues, developing teams, and driving automation and continuous improvement across the Invoice-to-Cash function.

Location: Taguig, National Capital Region (Manila), Philippines; onsite work required, with a temporary hybrid setup where applicable.

What you will do

  • Lead end-to-end collections operations across multiple teams and complex customer portfolios.
  • Drive cash performance outcomes, including DSO, past-due exposure, dispute aging, write-offs, and collection efficiency.
  • Oversee period-end close, internal controls, audit readiness, consolidated collections, and accounts receivable forecasting.
  • Manage escalations, portfolio risks, mitigation actions, and cross-functional decisions with Commercial, Customer Service, Legal, Supply Chain, FP&A, and other partners.
  • Lead, coach, and develop the collections organization, including performance management and succession planning.
  • Sponsor continuous improvement, automation, analytics, process standardization, pilots, and transformation initiatives within Invoice to Cash.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, preferably in Accounting, Finance, or a related business discipline.
  • 8–10 years of progressive experience, preferably in Finance or Invoice-to-Cash operations.
  • 4–7 years of people management experience, including leadership of senior individual contributors or team leads.
  • Experience managing multiple teams or cluster-level operations with accountability for cash and risk outcomes.
  • Strong financial analysis, risk assessment, stakeholder management, negotiation, communication, and change leadership skills.
  • Willingness to work onsite in Taguig and on shifts, including possible mid-shift or night-shift schedules, to support global assignments.

Nice to have

  • CPA, CMA, MBA, or another relevant professional certification.
  • Experience in a shared services, BPO, or multinational environment.
  • Foreign language capability other than English.
