What you will do
- Lead discovery sessions with business and technology stakeholders to clarify objectives, customer needs, pain points, and operational constraints.
- Define end-to-end requirements for Salesforce Commerce Cloud, mobile applications, and supporting digital capabilities.
- Translate business needs into process flows, functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, and delivery documentation.
- Map customer and operational journeys across catalogues, promotions, checkout, payments, fulfilment, returns, and service interactions.
- Analyse dependencies across APIs, middleware, payment services, OMS, WMS, CRM, and third-party platforms.
- Support Agile planning, backlog refinement, User Acceptance Testing, defect triage, release validation, and post-delivery issue resolution.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a comparable discipline.
- Several years of Business Analysis experience in eCommerce, digital products, retail technology, or a related environment.
- Practical experience with Salesforce Commerce Cloud and knowledge of online retail processes, including catalogues, search, merchandising, promotions, checkout, payments, delivery, and returns.
- Knowledge of integrations involving APIs, middleware, order management, warehouse management, CRM, and external payment providers.
- Experience with mobile application delivery across iOS and Android, Salesforce capabilities, Agile or Scrum delivery, and backlog management.
- Proficiency in user stories, functional requirements, process models, acceptance criteria, traceability documentation, Jira, Confluence, and process-mapping tools.
