Accounting Intern, BS - Summer 2027 (Semiconductors)

Location: Santa Clara, California, United States; onsite full-time role.

What you will do

• Assist with global journal entries, account reconciliations, financial analyses, and SEC filing schedules.
• Prepare tie-outs for 10-Q filings and earnings press releases.
• Support monthly general ledger close and global consolidation processes using Oracle ERP.
• Document SOX controls and participate in ad hoc accounting projects.
• Contribute to process improvement and accounting automation initiatives.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, with expected graduation in Winter 2027 or later.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organization, accuracy, attention to detail, and ownership.
• Proactive, collaborative problem-solving and a customer-service-oriented approach.
• Must be eligible to access export-controlled information under U.S. law; applicants may be subject to an export license review.
