2027 Technical Sales Intern - Equipment (HVAC)

Location: Markham, Ontario, Canada; on-site five days per week. Some related opportunities may be remote, hybrid, or on-site across North America. Travel is less than 15% within a defined geography.

Salary: CAD 22.05–31.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Complete a 12-week summer internship focused on technical sales, sales engineering, business, leadership, and communication.
• Learn the design, application, and sale of HVAC systems, controls, parts, and services for commercial, industrial, and institutional buildings.
• Work directly with Sales Account Managers, customers, mentors, and peers across North America.
• Attend sales meetings, business functions, sales and service calls, and customer meetings.
• Gain hands-on exposure to the full sales engineering process and to Equipment, Service, Building Automation, Application, and Fulfillment functions.
• Build experience for a potential transition into the Graduate Training Program after graduation.

Requirements

• Actively enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree in Engineering throughout the entire summer internship.
• Completed at least the sophomore year or second year before the internship begins.
• Must have the legal right to work in Canada.
• Demonstrated interest in continuous learning and communicating engineering solutions.
• Valid driver's license held for at least 12 months, proof of insurance, and an acceptable driving record.
• Must be available for an on-site assignment in Markham, Ontario.
