Complaints Analyst I (Temporary 12 months) (MedTech)

What you will do

• Coordinate and document business-critical issues in customer and commercial quality.
• Collect and share customer feedback, metrics, and key performance indicators to support continuous improvement.
• Support alignment with internal and external business partners on quality and regulatory requirements.
• Handle customer complaints and maintain quality system elements.
• Research regulatory changes, external trends, and related quality strategies.
• Escalate product quality, regulatory compliance, and quality system issues through formal processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, physical, biological, or natural sciences.
• 0–2 years of experience in quality, manufacturing, or regulatory work.
• Experience in a medical device or other regulated industry.
• Knowledge of customer or commercial quality processes and regulatory standards.
• Ability to analyze basic research, data, customer feedback, and quality metrics.
