Global Head of Solutions (Fintech)

Location: Remote within the United States; candidates must maintain a home base in the country where they are hired.

Salary: $265,000–$295,000 annually, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own Integration and Support Engineering across approximately 20 technical individual contributors and managers.
• Build playbooks, onboarding standards, best practices, and SLAs for a rapidly scaling organization.
• Coach technical leads and develop the management layer beneath the role.
• Provide technical judgment for integration scoping and contract structuring.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to support cross-sell, upsell, and net revenue retention.
• Work with the POC team, including Data Scientists, to drive proof-of-concept engagements to success.

Requirements

• Experience leading technical teams of 20 or more in B2B SaaS, including building a management layer.
• Experience in financial services, fraud, risk, compliance, or banking.
• Deep technical and product expertise covering integration complexity, strategic decisions, team planning, and training.
• Experience building operational rigor through playbooks, SLAs, and structured processes.
• Experience scaling teams during rapid growth and coaching emerging leaders.
• Ability to lead through organizational growth and change.

Nice to have

• Experience across both pre-sales and post-sales functions, including sales engineering, solutions consulting, implementation, or professional services.
• Broader fintech experience beyond fraud and compliance.
