TL;DR
IT Functional Analyst (Business Analysis/SQL/ERP): Analyzing business processes, gathering requirements, and translating them into functional specifications for IT solutions with an accent on stakeholder management, enterprise applications, and software delivery alignment. Focus on designing and validating solutions, improving processes, and supporting developers, testers, project managers, and end-users.
Location: Diegem, Belgium. Hybrid work with up to 70% from home and the option to work abroad for up to 45 days.

What you will do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and process analysis.
- Translate business needs into functional specifications and align them with technical teams.
- Collaborate with developers, testers, and project managers throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Support solution design and validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
- Create user documentation, provide end-user training and support, and identify process improvement opportunities.
Requirements
- Fluent Dutch and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Functional Analyst, Business Analyst, or in a similar role.
- Experience creating functional specifications and process documentation, with familiarity with SQL and basic data analysis.
- Experience with ERP systems, CRM, or other enterprise applications.
- Knowledge of Agile or Waterfall methodologies and strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
