Base pay: $79,000–$127,650 per year.

What you will do

• Construct analytical frameworks integrating perturbation, ontology, cellular phenotyping, genomics, transcriptomics, proteomics, and other molecular datasets.
• Apply inference, network-based modeling, machine learning, and other computational methods to connect drug targets with disease states and pathways.
• Model multimodal genetic, transcriptomic, proteomic, and functional data to predict pathway activity and synergistic effects.
• Analyze phenomic, multi-omic, and biobank-scale data to identify therapeutic targets, patient segments, and biomarkers for immune-mediated diseases.
• Consult with Immunology colleagues and facilitate collaboration across scientific functions.
• Translate computational findings into functional, biological, and pharmacological validation.

Requirements

• Completed Ph.D. in a quantitative field with a strong biological basis, such as bioinformatics, computational biology, systems biology, or statistical genetics.
• Experience analyzing multi-omic data, including RNA gene expression, proteomics, epigenomics, and genetics, at bulk and single-cell levels.
• Working knowledge of gene and pathway ontology databases and network analysis.
• Proficiency in programming and computational methods, with the ability to deliver objectives within defined timelines.
• Strong communication, organization, leadership, publication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-moving, multifaceted scientific environment.

Nice to have

• Experience with Immunology projects, perturbation data, drug discovery, and pharmaceutical development.
• Expertise in NLP, ML/AI, LLMs, predictive target-engagement models, and druggability evaluation.
