Tools and Data Expert (m/f/d) for Vantage Towers (Telecom Infrastructure)

Location: Athens, Greece; hybrid work with 3 days per week in the Athens office and 2 days remote

What you will do

• Coordinate end-to-end projects involving technical data, IT tools, databases, and applications for Infrastructure & Operations.
• Translate operational requirements from Site Acquisition, Deployment, Energy, Operations, and Field Maintenance into system and reporting capabilities.
• Act as Vantage Greece's TIMS point of contact and system administrator, maintaining data quality, user support, training coordination, and system adoption.
• Implement data analytics and reporting solutions, with a focus on Energy and Spend Management.
• Work independently under tight deadlines and collaborate across multicultural teams.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Experience in software tools implementation teams, including project management or project coordination experience.
• Project management certification or equivalent practical experience.
• Knowledge of the telecom passive infrastructure lifecycle, including Site Acquisition, Permitting, Deployment, Energy, and Field Maintenance.
• Advanced MS Excel and BI reporting skills; Sitetracker or a similar platform is an advantage.
• Excellent spoken and written Greek and English are required.
