Customer Experience Advisor (Retail Banking)

Location: Beaumont Leys branch, United Kingdom; onsite role with rota-based work Monday to Saturday, between 8am and 6pm.

Salary: £25,000 per year, plus a £500 flexible benefit allowance and the opportunity to earn a discretionary performance-related bonus of 8% of salary.

What you will do

• Act as the first point of contact for customers in the branch and over the phone.
• Assist with day-to-day transactions, customer queries, and servicing.
• Answer customer calls into the contact centre and provide effective solutions.
• Build customer relationships and identify their needs.
• Develop knowledge of banking services and products to support customers.
• Identify ways to improve the customer experience and protect customers from fraud and scams.

Requirements

• Proven customer service experience in a face-to-face or telephony environment.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to understand customer needs.
• Flexible, adaptable approach to a broad range of activities.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Must have the right to work in the UK to commence employment.
