Title Coordinator (Localization)

Location: Warsaw, Poland; hybrid work with 3 days from the office

What you will do

• Oversee the delivery of localization orders and projects in internal and client-facing systems.
• Track project milestones and due dates across studios, media operations, and language teams.
• Create projects, update metadata, and maintain accurate project information across platforms.
• Prepare and send purchase orders, distribute QC reports, and follow up on issues.
• Organize post-production documentation and coordinate source materials and pre-production assets.
• Provide status updates to the Title Manager on timelines, changes, and project risks.

Requirements

• Experience working in a collaborative matrix environment.
• Strong understanding of localization operations processes and proficiency with localization software and tools.
• Excellent client management, communication, influencing, and summarization skills.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, multitasking, and deadline management abilities.
• Problem-solving, decision-making, execution, and quality-focused mindset.
