• Lead audit and assurance engagements for manufacturing clients through planning, execution, and final delivery.
• Set engagement strategy, staffing, budgets, timelines, and execution plans.
• Advise client leadership, communicate progress, and present findings and recommendations.
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing audit teams.
• Review audit programs and internal control evaluations while maintaining quality and compliance.
• Monitor engagement performance and identify opportunities to improve processes and client value.

hirify.globalss="requirements">Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• At least 6 years of experience in a large professional services or public accounting firm.
• CPA license certification required.
• Experience leading teams, solving complex issues, and providing strategic client guidance.
• Ability to work in the office in Charlotte, Raleigh, or Winston-Salem, North Carolina.
