Talent Acquisition & Employee Services Supervisor

Location: Escobedo, Nuevo León, Mexico; onsite at the hirify.global manufacturing facility in the Monterrey area.

Salary: MXN 32,000–36,000 per month

What you will do

• Lead external talent acquisition and internal talent development across operational and administrative functions.
• Source, select, and hire interns, direct labor, indirect labor, and staff employees.
• Build qualified candidate pipelines for high-volume hiring and develop recruitment strategies.
• Manage the internship program and partnerships with universities and technical schools.
• Lead the Employee Service Center, supporting questions about policies, benefits, payroll, vacation, leave, and People & Culture processes.
• Maintain employee records and personnel documentation while supporting SIGO, ISO 45001, EHS compliance, and workplace incident-reduction initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree.
• At least five years of experience in high-volume operational recruitment.
• Knowledge of talent acquisition and internship management platforms.
• Conversational business English.
• Competencies in initiative, negotiation, creativity, leadership, teamwork, communication, and results orientation.
• Ability to operate in compliance with the Federal Labor Law, Internal Work Regulations, and Collective Bargaining Agreement.
