What you will do

• Support post-market and sustaining engineering activities for released wound management medical devices.
• Develop, modify, and maintain quality standards and protocols for materials and finished products.
• Collaborate with engineering and manufacturing teams to establish and maintain quality standards.
• Design and specify inspection and testing methods and perform quality assurance testing.
• Use statistical analysis to evaluate product and material performance and identify nonconformities.
• Support corrective actions, risk evaluations, design changes, and compliant documentation throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience, or a master's degree with no required prior experience.
• Experience or knowledge in quality engineering, product evaluation, reliability, inspection, testing, or production quality.
• Ability to work independently on moderately complex projects and collaborate cross-functionally.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required at the time of hire and throughout employment.
• U.S. work authorization sponsorship is not available for roles below Principal level.
• For bachelor's degrees earned outside the United States, the degree must meet the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)(4)(iii)(A).
