Supervisor, Quality Assurance (Medtech)

Location: Onsite in Acton, Massachusetts, United States; Friday–Sunday, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM

Salary: $73,800–$110,700 annual base salary, plus potential incentive compensation.

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop IQA inspectors responsible for incoming-material inspection.
• Monitor and report inspection status, performance, output, and effectiveness.
• Ensure compliance with inspection procedures, work instructions, Good Lab Practices, and quality standards.
• Train and onboard inspectors on inspection procedures and measurement equipment.
• Perform first-level troubleshooting and escalate IQA issues when required.
• Support NCMR, SCAR follow-up, MRB management, and other quality management activities.

Requirements

• Diploma in a related field or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• 2–5 years of QA/QC inspection experience, including visual inspection, precision measurement, and PCBA inspection; medical device experience is preferred.
• Experience with CMM, optical gauging, microscopes, micrometers, calipers, feeler gauges, dial indicators, and related inspection tools.
• Knowledge of GDP, data entry, Microsoft Excel, and accurate documentation.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, reliability, and ability to work independently.
