2027 Growth & Business Development Intern (Space Technology)

Location: Houston, TX; Long Beach, CA; or Denver, CO. The 10-week in-person internship runs from June 7, 2027, to August 13, 2027, with travel required for orientation, program kickoff, and the final presentation.

Hourly pay: $23.50–$30.00 per hour, depending on academic year, major, line of business, and geography.

What you will do

• Conduct market, customer, partner, competitor, and industry research.
• Identify and analyze potential business opportunities and markets.
• Develop presentations, proposals, research summaries, and customer- or partner-facing materials.
• Track business opportunities, market information, and related data.
• Participate in customer, partner, and internal meetings.
• Collaborate on growth initiatives, process improvements, and assigned project deliverables.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program at an accredited university.
• Interest in business development, growth strategy, market research, or related functions.
• Strong critical thinking, creative thinking, problem-solving, organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively and learn new industries, markets, processes, and tools.
• Ability to travel for in-person orientation, program kickoff, and the final presentation.
• Must be a U.S. citizen, lawful permanent resident, protected individual, or eligible to obtain the authorizations required under ITAR regulations.

• Previous internship, coursework, academic project, or related experience.
