Treasury Analyst Multilevel Role (Corporate Finance)

Location: Hybrid position in Memphis, Tennessee; candidates must live within 50 miles of the campus and work onsite several times per week. The position is not eligible for relocation.

What you will do

• Support internal departments with cash management, corporate finance, retirement investment, and risk management needs.
• Oversee daily cash positioning, including reconciliations, deposits, bank reporting, and liquidity management.
• Optimize cash flows, analyze forecast variances, and develop mitigation plans.
• Build and maintain future cash and covenant projections.
• Monitor bank account balances, inflows, outflows, fraud indicators, and financial risks.
• Implement treasury management systems, enterprise enhancements, and appropriate financial controls.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, risk management, accounting, business, or an equivalent field.
• At least two years of professional finance experience for the Treasury Analyst level.
• At least four years of professional finance experience for the Senior Treasury Analyst level.
• Familiarity with spreadsheet modeling and business-related computer applications.
• Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Must live within 50 miles of the Memphis campus; visa sponsorship is not available.

Nice to have

• Advanced financial modeling and Excel experience.
• Master's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• CPA, CFA, or CTP certification.
