What you will do
- Prepare, cleanse, and reconcile data from accounting and ERP systems for forensic analyses.
- Review documents in eDiscovery platforms and apply review protocols consistently.
- Research corporate registries, public filings, and open sources, then summarize findings.
- Prepare working papers, indices, evidence logs, exhibits, tables, and charts for investigation reports.
- Support the logistical and organizational coordination of live investigations.
Requirements
- Completed or nearly completed degree in business administration, accounting, economics, finance, law, information systems, data science, or a comparable subject.
- Confident Excel skills; exposure to SQL, Python, or R is beneficial.
- Meticulous, curious, discreet, and professional approach to handling sensitive information.
- Fluent German and English, written and spoken.
- Prior forensic experience is not required; relevant internships or working-student roles are welcome.
Nice to have
- Interest in forensic accounting, digital forensics, artificial intelligence, or forensic data review.
- Internship or working-student experience in audit, forensics, compliance, law, or data analytics.
