What you will do
- Drive process improvements that make product operations more efficient and scalable.
- Support product launches by aligning teams on processes, requirements, and policies.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams on after-sales activities and product-related concerns.
- Create and improve process and policy documentation using customer feedback, business insights, and industry best practices.
- Monitor product service quality, minimize transaction errors, and identify customer experience improvements.
- Manage projects and initiatives through timely completion and alignment with business objectives.
Requirements
- College degree and strong leadership potential.
- At least 5 years of experience in product management, project management, or a related field.
- Strong project management, coordination, problem-solving, and process improvement skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with multiple teams and stakeholders.
- Strong communication, organization, customer focus, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
