SA&I Team Lead, Consumer Insights & Quantitative Research

What you will do

• Lead the ad hoc consumer research team and foster a positive working atmosphere while delivering expected financial performance.
• Deliver quantitative consumer research projects that support customer satisfaction, repeat purchasing, and renewals.
• Select research tools and methodologies that address client business questions.
• Collaborate with the operations team on project execution.
• Prepare research results and present them to clients in cooperation with the Sales team.
• Act as a thought leader for clients and the area of expertise.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in quantitative consumer research across various sectors and methodologies.
• Experience managing a team.
• Ability to advise clients during research design and when developing conclusions and recommendations.
• Proficiency in English and Russian, including client presentations.
• Applications must be submitted in English.
