Business Operations Specialist (AI)

KPMG is hiring for a business operations role supporting a senior leader.

What you will do

• Analyze and optimize workflows and operational processes.
• Identify repetitive tasks and implement automation and AI-powered solutions, including AI agents.
• Develop and maintain processes, controls, and operating procedures.
• Collect and analyze operational data and prepare reports and dashboards.
• Lead process improvement and automation initiatives from idea to implementation.
• Support analytical and operational projects for senior management.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in business operations, process improvement, business transformation, management consulting, strategy and operations, project management, or a related field.
• Experience with process optimization, automation, or operational improvement.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, AI agents, and automation platforms such as ChatGPT, Claude, Copilot, Gemini, or Power Automate.
• Strong analytical skills and advanced Excel skills.
• Ability to identify problems independently, structure tasks, and implement solutions.
• English at B2 level or above, with a proactive mindset, attention to detail, and strong communication skills.
