Software Engineer (Next.js/.NET)

Location: Malmö, Sweden; permanent onsite role requiring candidates to be based in Sweden and work from the office most of the time

What you will do

• Build and evolve a material management solution supporting hirify.global’s product development and supplier value chain.
• Develop web applications, APIs, and cloud services using Next.js, .NET, and Azure.
• Contribute across discovery, design, delivery, and continuous product improvement.
• Collaborate with in-house and offshore colleagues while sharing knowledge and supporting team development.
• Ensure software quality through code reviews, automated testing, and engineering best practices.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of professional experience with React, Next.js, and TypeScript.
• 3–5 years of professional experience with C# and the .NET framework.
• Good knowledge of Azure.
• Strong communication, active listening, coaching, and facilitation skills.
• Based in Sweden and able to work from the Malmö office.
• Alignment with hirify.global’s values, cultural principles, and collaborative way of working.

Nice to have

• Experience with CI/CD, Terraform, GitHub Actions, and cloud services.
• Knowledge of MongoDB and PostgreSQL.
• Experience with Jest or Playwright for frontend testing.
• Experience building dynamic and responsive React user interfaces.
