Loan Processor & Client Support Specialist (Mortgage Processing)

Location: Remote, work from home in the Philippines; AU business hours

Salary: PHP 80,000–PHP 100,000 per month

hirify.global supports an established Australian mortgage broking business with more than 25 years of finance industry experience.

What you will do

• Prepare and complete loan application information in GEM.
• Submit applications through Apply Online and manage loan files from submission through settlement.
• Follow up with clients for outstanding documents and provide proactive progress updates.
• Liaise with lenders and keep the broker informed about application progress.
• Review files for missing information or potential delays and maintain accurate notes, tasks, and status updates in JAM / Sales Trek.
• Escalate complex lending scenarios or compliance matters when required.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of experience supporting an Australian mortgage broker.
• Experience managing multiple active loan files at different stages.
• Good understanding of Australian home loan processes, lender requirements, and loan documentation.
• Hands-on experience with Apply Online and mortgage processing or CRM systems.
• Confidence communicating with Australian clients and lenders, with an organized and proactive working style.

Nice to have

• Experience with GEM, JAM / Sales Trek, or another Australian aggregator environment.
