What you will do

• Monitor performance and identify emerging risks and trends across retail and SME lending portfolios.
• Deliver risk reporting, analysis, and actionable insights for business decision-making.
• Partner with Risk, Data, and Technology stakeholders to improve reporting, data quality, and analytical capabilities.
• Support strategic, regulatory, and transformation initiatives that strengthen the risk management framework.
• Use data, automation, and innovative technologies to improve efficiency and portfolio insights.

Requirements

• Experience in credit risk analytics, portfolio monitoring, risk reporting, or risk data management in banking or financial services.
• Proven SQL, data analysis, and reporting skills.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar reporting platforms.
• Knowledge of retail lending products and credit risk management principles.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
• Curiosity and a proactive approach to continuous improvement, innovation, emerging technologies, and AI.
