Growth Marketer (AI)

Location: On-site in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Relocation to Almaty is available from anywhere, with sponsored work permit processing, covered flights, and temporary housing.

What you will do

• Plan, launch, and scale integrated demand-generation campaigns across LinkedIn, Google, X, retargeting, and content distribution.
• Build account-based marketing programs for enterprise accounts in partnership with sales.
• Own landing pages and conversion paths from first touch through booked meetings, including copy, forms, routing, and follow-up.
• Launch webinars, showcases, and campaign moments using cinematic enterprise content.
• Track funnel performance, attribution, channel ROI, and pipeline impact while running weekly experiments across messaging, audiences, and channels.
• Build lightweight marketing systems with spreadsheets, APIs, automation, and AI tools, and share market insights with product and leadership.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in B2B growth, demand generation, or performance marketing at a SaaS or AI company.
• Demonstrated pipeline or revenue results with clear ownership and channel attribution.
• Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads, including real budget ownership.
• Strong command of funnels, attribution, dashboards, and marketing data.
• Excellent written English and the ability to write landing pages, advertisements, and nurture emails.
• Experience with AI tools, automation, ABM or marketing operations platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Clay, or 6sense.

Nice to have

• Experience marketing to enterprise and Fortune 500 buyers.
• Webinar or event program experience.
• Background in creative tools, generative AI, or the broader martech ecosystem.
