Scheduler (Production)

Location: Hiawatha, Iowa, United States. Full-time, onsite, Monday–Friday, 8:00 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; no travel required. Work is primarily office-based with occasional exposure to manufacturing and testing environments.

What you will do

• Develop and maintain production schedules using demand forecasts, sales orders, and resource availability.
• Analyze production and inventory data to optimize scheduling and reduce lead times.
• Coordinate schedules and operational alignment with sales, engineering, production, procurement, and other departments.
• Monitor progress against schedules, identify risks, and implement adjustments.
• Lead regular stakeholder meetings to communicate schedule changes, updates, and delivery impacts.
• Use scheduling software and tools to generate work, reports, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Must be a US Person: US citizen, lawful permanent resident, or protected person.
• GED or high school diploma.
• At least two years of planning and/or MRP experience.
• Knowledge of time management, prioritization, and inventory management practices.
• Strong attention to detail, organization, communication, flexibility, and ability to manage multiple projects.
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods during product testing.
