Data Business Partner - Operations

Location: Tallinn, Harjumaa, Estonia. Hybrid working model with an office-first culture; the exact arrangement depends on the role and location.

Salary: €3,750–€4,160 gross per month for this full-time role.

What you will do

• Partner with Operations VPs and senior leaders to translate business priorities and operational processes into scalable data solutions.
• Design, build, and maintain high-quality dbt models on Snowflake.
• Own and evolve the Operations semantic layer, including consistent business definitions and governed metrics.
• Create documented datasets for Reporting Analysts and operational users in Sigma and other BI workflows.
• Improve data quality, reliability, performance, interoperability, and automation across data domains.
• Identify high-value data use cases that improve operational efficiency, cost, service, commercial outcomes, and AI-enabled analytics.

Requirements

• Strong experience in analytics engineering, BI engineering, or data engineering.
• Advanced SQL and data modelling skills, including dimensional modelling and data warehousing.
• Hands-on experience with dbt and Snowflake.
• Experience designing semantic layers and governing business-critical metrics.
• Experience with Sigma or a comparable BI platform.
• Ability to understand complex business processes, advise senior stakeholders, and explain data concepts to non-technical audiences.
