Payment Services Specialist, Associate (Fintech)

Location: Limassol, Cyprus

hirify.global provides fund administration, banking, payments, fund financing, foreign exchange, custody, and other operational services for alternative investment funds as part of MUFG.

What you will do

• Process invoices independently and accurately.
• Execute payments using banking platforms.
• Manage high volumes of payment-related work and meet deadlines.
• Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Apply fund expense processes, operational workflows, controls, and service standards.

Requirements

• Post-secondary education in finance, accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in fund administration, treasury operations, payment operations, accounts payable, or financial operations.
• Strong computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Microsoft Excel.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment and follow established procedures.

Nice to have

• Experience with payment gateways, transaction flows, or reconciliations.
