E-Payment Services Manager (Fintech)

Location: Hybrid role in Limassol, Cyprus

What you will do

• Manage relationships with global payment service providers, acquirers, gateways, and local payment methods.
• Negotiate processing rates and fees, navigate provider roadmaps, and drive technical fixes and feature prioritization.
• Optimize payment routing, processing fees, FX costs, and overall payment unit economics.
• Oversee settlement timelines, reserves, payout schedules, FX rates, reconciliation, reporting, and audit data flows.
• Track authorization, conversion, and technical failure metrics and resolve recurring incidents caused by provider downtime or processing degradation.
• Coordinate payment provider onboarding, contract renewals, audits, and issue resolution with Finance, Treasury, Tax, Legal, Compliance, Product, and Engineering.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in fintech, PSP management, or merchant payment operations.
• Experience managing commercial partners, negotiating processing rates, and improving payment processes.
• Strong understanding of payment unit economics, settlement cycles, FX margins, chargebacks, and provider reporting.
• Experience working with Finance, Treasury, Legal, Tax, and Compliance teams on reporting, audits, and contracts.
• Ability to analyze payment processing logs, settlement statements, and conversion metrics to identify anomalies and optimize routing.
• Business-fluent English, written and spoken, is required.
