Senior Product Manager (Gamedev)

What you will do

• Define the long-term product roadmap with game leadership, design, marketing, and other stakeholders.
• Drive Live Operations strategy focused on engagement, monetization, player lifetime value, and average revenue per user.
• Design and optimize monetization systems from concept through post-launch performance improvement.
• Lead A/B testing, data analysis, and KPI forecasting to support major business decisions.
• Streamline workflows and automate processes to reduce production time and costs.
• Mentor junior product managers and represent the business for Asphalt Legends across internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• 6+ years of product management experience in free-to-play games across mobile, PC, or console.
• Demonstrated impact on monetization and retention for top-tier live titles.
• Strong analytical skills and experience translating complex datasets into actionable business insights.
• Advanced presentation and documentation skills for communicating strategies to executive leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree in economics, business management, marketing, or a related field.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, required.

Nice to have

• Experience as a product manager in other markets.
• Strong understanding of game design fundamentals and behavioral economics.
• Professional experience with or strong passion for racing games.
• Cross-platform experience across mobile and PC or console.
• Experience with team management responsibilities or an MBA/advanced degree.
