Client Service Manager (Health and Benefits Consulting)

Location: Malaysia. Hybrid work with at least three days per week in the local office or onsite with clients.

What you will do

• Act as the main client and internal point of contact for APAC Employee Health and Benefits management.
• Support multinational clients with placing health and risk policies across Asia.
• Develop and maintain account management tools and monitor delivery against centralized guidance and service-level agreements.
• Provide strategic consulting advice, review local renewal documents, and analyze key claims drivers.
• Contribute to business development, statements of work, onboarding, and regional operating standards.
• Review team processes and recommend improvements.

Requirements

• University or college degree required.
• Effective Mandarin communication required.
• Fluency in English and another Asian language, such as Mandarin.
• Experience cultivating client relationships and managing challenging client demands.
• Strong project management, operational, analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across borders.
