FedRAMP Compliance Manager (Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote within the United States. U.S. Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a security clearance are required.

What you will do

• Develop and govern compliance roadmaps for CMMC, FedRAMP Moderate/High, and DoD Impact Level 6 authorization.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on FedRAMP High, supporting the Federal Sales Team and federal projects.
• Develop, review, and maintain security documentation including SSP, POA&M, SAP, and SAR materials.
• Map, implement, and monitor security controls against FedRAMP baselines and NIST SP 800-53.
• Coordinate with engineering, operations, and DevSecOps teams to integrate security requirements into system design and operations.
• Support continuous monitoring, vulnerability assessments, penetration tests, audits, reporting, metrics, and risk analysis.

Requirements

• U.S. Citizenship is required for working in GovCloud environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent experience.
• 2–3 years of experience in information security compliance or risk management, preferably in a FedRAMP or FISMA-regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of NIST SP 800-53, FedRAMP Moderate/High baselines, authorization processes, and compliance documentation.
• Experience with governance tools, vulnerability scanning tools such as Nessus or Qualys, and security findings analysis.
• Eligibility to obtain a security clearance is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with a Third Party Assessment Organization or federal agency.
• FedRAMP or NIST control implementation experience in AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
• Security certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CAP, or CompTIA Security+.
