Warehouse Technician

Location: On-site in Arlington, Texas, 5 days per week. Day shift, Monday–Friday, with occasional Saturdays, overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.

Hourly base pay: $23.85–$28.27 per hour, with incentive eligibility.

What you will do

• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Serve as the primary contact for warehouse movement, customers, and local transportation providers.
• Stock and organize product inventory to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using forklifts and other power industrial vehicles.
• Maintain work equipment, office supplies, and warehouse supplies.
• Work safely and support customer needs during regular and occasional extended shifts.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse and forklift or other power industrial vehicle experience.
• Strong planning, organizational, computer, and Microsoft Office skills.
• Ability to follow through on commitments and maintain attention to detail.
• Strong written, verbal, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work safely and contribute as a reliable team player.
