Product Insights Lead (Robotics)

Location: UK with travel; full meals are provided onsite in Wallingford. Relocation and visa sponsorship are not available.

What you will do

• Own a research roadmap connected to the product roadmap and guide significant product bets through evidence-based intake.
• Lead market sizing, competitive analysis, concept validation, segmentation, and behavioural research.
• Partner with Product, Sales, Commercial, engineering, and senior leadership to turn insights into product strategy and prioritisation.
• Build dashboards, KPIs, OKRs, insight repositories, workflows, and GDPR-compliant research tooling.
• Present quarterly insight reviews and surface findings relevant to the investor story.
• Coach insight and research enablement roles while managing budgets, timelines, and resourcing.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in product analytics, research, or data-driven product roles, ideally in B2B software or complex operational domains.
• Proficiency in qualitative and quantitative methods, including interviews, usability testing, surveys, funnels, cohorts, and retention analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with SQL and a BI tool such as Looker, Tableau, or Mode.
• Familiarity with experimentation, including A/B tests and guardrail metrics.
• Ability to design studies, synthesise findings, and communicate clear, decision-ready recommendations.
• Comfort partnering with engineers and Product Managers on instrumentation, telemetry, and data requirements.
