Head of HR (People Operations)

Location: Onsite in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, at 2 Bratislava Street.

Salary: Up to USD 1,200 gross per month.

What you will do

• Recruit and onboard employees while maintaining personnel records and HR documentation.
• Organize employee training and professional development.
• Collaborate with department managers and team leads.
• Manage employee relations, performance, retention, engagement, offboarding, and terminations.
• Develop and maintain internal policies and standard operating procedures.
• Prepare HR analytics and reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in HR or People Operations.
• Strong understanding of modern HR processes, recruitment, interviewing, and performance management.
• Experience developing internal policies and SOPs.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, documentation, and record-keeping skills.
• Ability to manage confidential information, multiple projects, and an independent workload.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace and experience working with HR data and reporting.
