Senior Freelance UX Designer (B2C Tech)

Location: London (Shoreditch) with hybrid work and occasional in-person collaboration

What you will do

• Redesign user education and core conversion journeys across consumer mobile apps.
• Simplify high-friction funnels and communicate product value clearly.
• Address app conversion and trust challenges through user-centred UX solutions.
• Act as a conceptual UX partner to the Senior Product Manager.
• Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering in a lean, agile environment.
• Explore AI tools such as Claude in design and asset creation workflows.

Requirements

• Proven experience designing high-conversion consumer mobile apps.
• Deep expertise in user research, wireframing, and interactive Figma prototyping.
• Experience simplifying complex user funnels, building trust, educating users about product value, and driving conversion.
• High proficiency in Figma and familiarity with Linear, Slack, and Braze.
• Proactive problem-solving approach and confidence challenging assumptions.
