Manager, Tech & Ecosystem Partnerships

Location: Remote within the United States or onsite at hubs in San Francisco, CA or New York, NY

Annual base salary: $185,000–$317,000 USD

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop an initial team of 3–5 Partner Managers.
• Translate product partnerships strategy into portfolio plans, resource decisions, and measurable goals.
• Oversee partner portfolio health, prioritize high-value opportunities, and manage complex workstreams, risks, and escalations.
• Build alignment with Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, Research, Operations, Finance, and Legal.
• Define portfolio success metrics and provide business updates to partnerships leadership and cross-functional stakeholders.
• Improve partnership processes, roles, decision rights, hiring, and onboarding as the organization grows.

Requirements

• 12+ years of partnerships experience, primarily in product or ecosystem partnerships.
• 3+ years of direct people management experience, including hiring, coaching, and developing high-performing teams.
• Experience defining strategy, prioritizing work, and leading long-term cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills, including complex technical partnerships and negotiations.
• Technical depth with experience influencing product strategy, roadmaps, execution, and data-driven recommendations.
• Ability to work remotely from the United States or from a Figma US hub.

• Experience creating product partnership strategies in enterprise SaaS.
• Experience building partnership processes, programs, or teams during rapid growth.
• Experience leading teams across high-touch product partnerships and scaled ecosystem programs.
