Sr Site Activation Coordinator (Clinical Research)

Annual base pay: $40,800.00–$102,000.00

What you will do

• Perform feasibility, site activation, and selected maintenance activities for assigned clinical studies.
• Prepare and review site documents for completeness, consistency, and accuracy.
• Coordinate with Site Activation Managers, project management, sites, and internal departments.
• Inform stakeholders when regulatory, contractual, and other site documents are complete.
• Distribute completed documents and maintain accurate project information in internal systems, databases, trackers, timelines, and plans.
• Track and follow up on questionnaires, CDAs, regulatory and ethics documents, informed consent forms, and investigator pack releases.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or a related field.
• At least two years of experience in a healthcare environment, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
• Ability to work under general supervision and apply discretion within established procedures and operational boundaries.
• Ability to analyze and resolve general operational problems in a clinical research setting.
• Work location: Durham, North Carolina, United States of America.
