What you will do

• Build, grow, and lead a team of six Decision and Data Scientists.
• Hire, mentor, and structure the team for resilience.
• Own support quality measurement by defining clear metrics.
• Translate metrics into actionable coaching and operations decisions.
• Drive experimentation standards and a data-informed culture across the Help Experience domain.
• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap in partnership with Product, Engineering, and Operations.

Requirements

• Experience leading and developing a data science and analytics team.
• Ability to define support quality metrics and connect them to operational decisions.
• Experience establishing experimentation standards and data-informed ways of working.
• Ability to partner effectively with Product, Engineering, and Operations.
