Senior GenAI Engineer

Location: Secaucus, United States; hybrid schedule with one remote day per week

Salary: $180,000–$220,000 annually

What you will do

• Design, develop, and scale Generative AI systems using LLMs for enterprise automation, knowledge discovery, and workflow acceleration.
• Fine-tune large language and foundational models on enterprise-specific data while optimizing performance, latency, and relevance.
• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, GitHub, Tableau, SharePoint, and other enterprise platforms.
• Build and maintain scalable MLOps and LLMOps infrastructure for model deployment, monitoring, and lifecycle management.
• Develop AI-driven tools for internal support, IT ticketing, operational efficiency, and productivity improvement.
• Lead proof-of-concepts through productionization, adoption planning, governance, documentation, training, and stakeholder collaboration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Data Science, or a related discipline.
• At least 3 years of experience in applied AI/ML, preferably in enterprise environments.
• Deep knowledge of Generative AI, LLMs, NLP, Transformers, and model fine-tuning.
• Hands-on experience with Hugging Face, PyTorch, or TensorFlow, plus cloud AI infrastructure such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, ML pipelines, MLflow, Weights & Biases, or SageMaker.
• Strong full-stack engineering skills with Python, JavaScript, Node, React, APIs, microservices, ETL pipelines, SQL, and NoSQL systems.
