Automotive Service Advisor / Writer (Automotive)

Location: 6191 Sawcut Point, Fountain, Colorado, United States. On-site, Monday–Friday, 7:00am–6:00pm; weekends closed.

Salary: $55,000–$85,000 annually for highly qualified candidates, plus potential team performance bonuses.

What you will do

• Welcome guests and guide them through the vehicle repair process.
• Present clear, appropriate repair solutions while maintaining honesty and integrity.
• Manage shop workflow and coordinate customer service activities efficiently.
• Communicate professionally by phone and build long-term customer relationships.
• Coordinate vehicle service, ensure repairs meet specifications, and assist the team as needed.
• Shuttle guests in a branded vehicle when required.

Requirements

• Experience in automotive customer service, service writing, advising, or sales.
• Current driver’s license and a driving record acceptable to the insurance carrier.
• Proficiency with Windows-based software and automotive store applications.
• Dependability for a Monday–Friday schedule from 7:00am to 6:00pm.
• Ability to stand and walk for most of the workday, occasionally lift more than 50 pounds, and maintain a brisk pace in a high-volume environment.
