TL;DR
Product Owner, Platform UI (BIM): Defining and leading the UI vision, design system, and user experience across the ALLPLAN BIM product portfolio with an accent on customer workflows, usability, accessibility, and cross-functional delivery. Focus on translating research into prioritized backlogs, coordinating distributed teams, validating interfaces through user testing, and ensuring consistent UI quality through release.

Location: Slovakia; hybrid work

What you will do

  • Define the UI vision, strategy, personas, and workflow priorities across the ALLPLAN product portfolio.
  • Collect and prioritize customer, stakeholder, market, and usability feedback into epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Lead the design system backlog covering UI components, interaction patterns, visual styles, templates, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate Product Management, UX, engineering, QA, Customer Success, Support, Sales, and Marketing throughout the product lifecycle.
  • Validate UI solutions through interviews, prototype testing, A/B testing, and behavioral analytics.
  • Lead agile ceremonies, coordinate distributed teams, and own UI release inputs and quality verification.

Requirements

  • Degree in UX/UI Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Computer Science, Architecture, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience in product ownership or product management for UI/UX initiatives, preferably in technical software or AEC technology.
  • Hands-on experience with design systems, UI component libraries, and governance in complex software products.
  • Knowledge of UX/UI principles, interaction design, usability, accessibility standards, and inclusive design.
  • Familiarity with BIM workflows and tools such as ALLPLAN, Revit, or ArchiCAD; knowledge of Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD.
  • Professional English communication skills required, with experience collaborating across distributed teams, time zones, and cultural contexts.
