Mid-Level Graphic Designer (AI/Cybersecurity)

Location: Remote from Poland. Core collaboration hours are 14:00 to 17:00 Poland time, with the remainder of the day flexible.

What you will do

• Design campaign and product marketing assets, including datasheets, one-pagers, ebooks, landing page graphics, social banners, paid ads, email graphics, and event collateral.
• Produce short-form video and motion graphics with editing, captions, and animated elements.
• Apply and extend brand standards across marketing assets and contribute to Figma templates and component libraries.
• Collaborate with the Senior Designer, content, product marketing, and demand generation teams on briefs, timelines, and feedback.
• Prepare production-ready files for web, print, and video and hand off assets in the required channel formats.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of graphic design experience, including at least 2 years in a B2B SaaS or technology marketing team or agency.
• A portfolio showing campaign work from brief to final asset, including datasheets or ebooks, digital advertising, social creative, and at least one video or motion piece.
• Expert-level Figma skills for layout, components, and collaborative review.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud, including Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Strong typography, layout, hierarchy, spacing, alignment, and legibility skills, with the ability to work independently from written briefs.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills and availability for core collaboration hours from 14:00 to 17:00 Poland time.

Nice to have

• Experience designing for cybersecurity, developer tools, or other technical B2B audiences.
• Web asset production for WordPress, including responsive image specifications and basic HTML/CSS awareness.
• Email design, presentation design, illustration, or icon design experience.
• Experience with AI-assisted design or video tools.
