is engaging transactional attorneys to support a legal AI project focused on improving AI-generated contract work.
What you will do
- Draft, review, redline, and negotiate commercial contracts.
- Review AI-generated responses to transactional legal scenarios.
- Evaluate contract language for accuracy, consistency, and contractual risk.
- Apply structured criteria to assess AI performance.
- Provide clear, actionable legal feedback.
- Collaborate with legal, product, and research teams.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of transactional legal experience in-house or at a law firm.
- Experience with MSAs, NDAs, and other commercial agreements.
- Strong contract drafting, review, and redlining skills.
- Excellent written communication, legal analysis, and attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of contractual risk.
- Interest in legal technology and AI applications.
Nice to have
- Experience with LPAs, ISDAs, M&A, or fund formation.
