Automation Quality Assurance Engineer (JS/Playwright)

Location: Minsk, Belarus. Work format: onsite, remote, or hybrid. Working hours: 11:00–20:00 GMT+3.

What you will do

• Write automated JavaScript tests using Playwright.
• Perform manual testing when needed, typically 10–30% of the workload.
• Organize testing processes across projects and maintain testing documentation.
• Develop and maintain internal automation libraries.
• Use AI tools to accelerate test creation, refactoring, failure analysis, and documentation.

Requirements

• 2–3 years of commercial experience in automated QA with Playwright.
• Strong knowledge of automated test design patterns and test design techniques.
• Experience with UI test automation using Playwright, SQL, and REST API principles.
• Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, learn, and share knowledge.
• Upper-intermediate English required for communication with native-speaker clients when needed.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI tools for QA, such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, ChatGPT, or Claude.
• Experience with other testing frameworks and CI/CD.
• Understanding of HTTP and other network protocols.
• Professional background in manual QA.
