Senior QA Engineer (AI)

Location: Minsk, Belarus, with onsite, remote, and hybrid work options; remote work is available from any location.

What you will do

• Analyze business and system requirements to define testing scope, risks, and dependencies.
• Design, maintain, and execute test cases and scenarios across functional, integration, regression, exploratory, and end-to-end testing.
• Perform API testing and validate integrations between systems and services.
• Prepare test data, investigate defects, analyze logs, and collaborate with developers on issue resolution.
• Participate in requirements clarification, backlog refinement, UAT, and release validation.
• Use AI tools to improve test design, requirements analysis, defect investigation, documentation, and QA efficiency.

Requirements

• Senior-level professional experience as a QA Engineer.
• Strong knowledge of software testing methodologies, QA processes, test design, and requirements analysis.
• Mandatory hands-on API testing experience with REST APIs, HTTP/HTTPS, authentication, error handling, and tools such as Postman or Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Experience testing integrations, working with databases and SQL, analyzing logs, and investigating defects independently.
• Experience with Jira, Confluence, or similar tools, plus knowledge of client-server architecture.
• Mandatory practical experience using AI assistants such as ChatGPT, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or Gemini in daily QA activities. English B2+ required.

Nice to have

• Experience with microservices, Kafka, RabbitMQ, CI/CD, or test automation principles.
• Experience testing web or mobile applications and working in Agile, Scrum, or SAFe environments.
