QA Engineer (BA background) (EdTech): Testing and validating new features across web and mobile applications for an edtech platform with an accent on User Acceptance Testing, business requirements analysis, and stakeholder collaboration. Focus on designing UAT scenarios, translating acceptance criteria, conducting regression and API testing, and coordinating feedback for stable production releases.
Location: Minsk, Belarus, with onsite, remote, or hybrid work options. Working hours: 11:00–20:00 GMT+3

What you will do
- Act as the primary QA contact for stakeholders and provide daily updates on quality standards.
- Translate business requirements into UAT scenarios and acceptance criteria.
- Conduct product demos, coordinate validation with stakeholders, and collect feedback.
- Perform manual, regression, and API testing across web and mobile applications.
- Maintain test documentation and environments for smooth UAT cycles.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of commercial experience as a QA Engineer.
- Hands-on experience performing business analysis duties on commercial projects.
- Strong knowledge of software testing types, methodologies, and techniques.
- Experience with UAT, API testing, Postman, bug tracking, and test management tools such as Jira, TestRail, or Testmo.
- Advanced English required for communication with native-speaker stakeholders.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Nice to have
- Experience with test automation.
- Basic knowledge of JavaScript, MySQL, or Playwright.
- Experience working with AI tools.
