TL;DR
Manual Mobile QA, Mobile (Mobile Testing/API): Developing and executing manual test cases for a mobile calling application and related international calling, mobile top-up, and money transfer services with an accent on API testing, integration testing, troubleshooting, and release validation. Focus on identifying bottlenecks, checking mobile application logs, testing REST/SOAP services, and supporting production releases across iOS and Android.

Location: Hybrid role in Minsk, Chișinău, or Tbilisi; remote B2B work is available from Georgia or Moldova, while onsite employment is available in Belarus or Moldova.

What you will do

  • Develop and execute test cases and scenarios for the mobile calling application and related services.
  • Evaluate functionality against specifications and requirements while identifying bottlenecks through troubleshooting and analysis.
  • Perform integration, end-to-end, manual, and post-release testing with cross-functional teams.
  • Collaborate with developers in an Agile Scrum team to validate new features.
  • Develop test strategies and plans, and support production releases.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in manual testing of mobile or backend applications.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, techniques, and manual or automated test case evaluation.
  • Experience with API testing tools including Postman, Swagger, and Charles Proxy, plus REST and/or SOAP APIs.
  • Experience troubleshooting application logs with monitoring tools, ADB, Android Studio, and Xcode.
  • Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins and GitHub Actions, with knowledge of iOS, Android, and operating-system guidelines.
  • English at B2 level or higher is required. Agile experience, organization, initiative, and strong communication skills are expected.

Nice to have

  • Automation experience with Java, Selenium, Appium, and RestAssured.
  • Telecom domain experience.
  • Performance testing experience with K6 or JMeter.
